Publish one source of truth
A public organizer or ticket page should be the primary source for date, time, address, price, and changes. It lets directories and attendees point back to the same facts.
Make dog policy specific
If dogs are welcome, state the rules attendees must follow. If a portion of the event has a different policy, say that too. Specific wording prevents difficult surprises on arrival.
Send authorized artwork
A press-ready image and clear permission are better than a copied social post. They make an event card more useful while protecting the organizer's brand and rights.
